Products are shipped F.O.B. (Freight On Board) and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery. For shipping damage, customers should file claim to their carrier immediately and notify us. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to Spiritus Vapes Limited within 24 hours of receipt or as quickly as is reasonably possible. All packages will be shipped within 24 hours of order (Mon-Fri), or the following business day on weekends.

If an item is out-of-stock we will make its status clear to you and provide the ability to register for stock updates so that you may be notified when the item comes back into stock. We do not offer back-orders or pre-payment on any items as we feel stock notification is the best route to take.
As the buyer if you are outside of the EU then you should be aware of, and accept, that customs charges may apply to your order and that you are solely responsible for these.
